She identifies the caller, screens for emergencies and routes them straight to 911 guidance, and handles four distinct intake flows: medication refills, appointment scheduling, medical records requests, and general inquiries. For scheduling specifically, Bella checks the clinic's real Google Calendar availability live during the call and books the appointment on the spot. Not "someone will call you back," an actual confirmed slot with an SMS confirmation sent before the call ends.

BrainLock is an EEG-based biometric authentication system built on the Muse 2 headset. Instead of typing a password, you wear the headset and perform a brief mental task. BrainLock streams 4-channel EEG at 256Hz over Bluetooth LE, extracts a 104-dimensional biometric feature vector, and matches it against an encrypted enrollment template using cosine similarity, Euclidean distance, and Pearson correlation. Multi-layered signal-quality and liveness checks reject spoofing attempts and headsets that simply aren't being worn.
